I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was great, right in the heart of Gladstone and close to everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and a good value for the price, although there was a slight initial smell that disappeared quickly. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of options exceeding expectations. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms were absolutely filthy and extremely tired and had an awful damp smell, needing a lot of upgrading. However, they were a good size, although adjustments were necessary as the kitchen bench was super low, and the shower made the bathroom awash and slippery with only one lounge seat available.

The hotel was not what we expected with rooms being 2 adjoining rather than a single 2 bedroom apartment; there was a bit of initial smell but turned out to be clean with a great shower. The noise level could be bothersome due to people talking near the lift.
